Aaron is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience overseeing operations, driving strategic growth and delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors. He combines commercial acumen with hands-on project management expertise to lead multidisciplinary teams across commercial, education, defence, health and residential projects. His leadership prioritises strong client relationships, collaborative environments, and consistently exceeding expectations on quality, safety and sustainability. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Property Economics, a Diploma of Building and Construction, and an unrestricted Class A Builders Licence (ACT).
Roland Foster
Estimating Manager / Cost Planner
Roland is a Senior Estimator with over eleven years' experience across the education, residential, commercial, defence and government sectors, working on both new-build and refurbishment projects. He specialises in cost planning, value management and risk assessment, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to align scope with budgets. As Estimating Manager, he develops cost plans, manages trade pricing and supports competitive, compliant and low-risk tender submissions. Roland holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (majoring in Quantity Surveying) and is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
